low fat lactose free, creamy mushroom soup

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 6 cup, pieces or slices Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) So Good fat free original soy milk, 1.25 cup Ideal corn starch, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Slice mushrooms, saute in a little water. Chop scallions and saute with mushrooms until most of the water has evaporated. Add Soy milk and heat just below boiling. Dissolve corn starch in water and thickened soup. Add dash of black pepper.

Serving Size: Makes 3 cups
