season your chicken with salt and pepper and light pan fry your chicken.
next you dice your onion and garlic, then you get a pan and heat your oil, once heated add your onions and garlic cook until translucent.
onces this happens add your aji amario paste to the pan and keep cooking for about 1 to 2 mins or until light gold.
then you put your bread with the evaporated milk
in the blender. (make sure it's well combined)
next you add it with the onion and garlic and aji. (continue to cook until it starts to boil).
Once it boils turn off the heat.
server with a side of rice, boiled potatos, add the chicken and on top of the chicken add the sauce.
