Creamed Corn

Ingredients
1 package of frozen sweet corn2 package of creamed cheese of fat free cream cheesePromise Butter 3 tablespoonsdash of garlicdash of saltdash of pepper
Directions
Cook frozen corn in a large pot with butter. Cover with lid til corn is soft. Then add cream cheese and cook til bubbly. Stir constantly over med-low heat til well mixed. Add a dash of garlic to taste and a dash of salt and pepper per your preference. Makes 5 1 cup servings.
