Jambalaya for the Slowcooker

Ingredients
6 Italian Sausages, partially cooked and cut into bite size pieces.1 660 ml jar strained tomatoes, or 1 large can diced1 cup hot water2 satchets beef oxo2 celery stalks, chopped 3/4 cup chopped green pepper1 large red onion, chopped1 tsp Basil1 tsp Oregano1 tsp minced garlic, or 1 clovedash or 2 or cayenne pepperdash or 2 of Black Pepper1 tsp sugar5 cups cooked Whole Grain Brown Rice
Directions
1. Add oxo to hot water and stir
2. Add all ingredients to slowcooker and mix well
3. Cook on high 5 hours or low 8 hours
4. Serve over rice
