Crockpot chicken santafe

Ingredients
1 pound white meat chicken, uncooked1/2 c corn1 can black beans rinsed and drained1 can diced tomatoes1 can green chilies1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup2 tsp chili powder1 Tbsp onion powder1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp garlic salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook in slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours. Shred chicken. Stir and serve over rice, on tortillas or garnish with cheese and sour cream.
