Cheese Enchilada Chowder

Ingredients
1 15 oz can black beans1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes10 oz frozen corn1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup red, green or yellow bell pepper (chopped)2 10 oz cans enchilada sauce (1 mild & 1 medium)1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)2 cups milk2 cups shredded cheese
Directions
Combine everything except cheese in crock pot. Cook on low 6- 8 hours. Add cheese before serving.

Serving options: sour cream, guacamole, broken tortilla chips
