2 cups dry lentils1 can Select Harvest Zesty Tomato Bisque2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning1 medium zucchini, sliced1 cup cauliflower flowerets1.5 cups cole slaw without dressing4 ounces rotini6 cups water
Cook lentils in water until soft; add Cajun seasoning and soup, stir. Add vegetables and pasta. Cook until pasta and vegetables are soft.
