Chicken, Spinach, Onion & Mushroom Stromboli

1 can Pillsbury Pizza Crust, thin crust1 cups fresh spinach, de-stemmed & chopped1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion1/2 cup canned mushroom pieces3 cloves garlic (pressed/chopped)1 cup shredded/chopped cooked chicken breast1 1/2 cups Kraft Fat Free Mozzarella cheese1 large egg, egg white onlypizza/italian seasoning to taste1 cup pizza/marinara sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out the pizza crust so it is flat. Saute the spinach, onion, mushrooms & galic in a frying pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, just enough to soften the onion and wilt the spinach. Spread mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle chicken over the vegetables, repeating with the cheese. Season with pizza/italian seasoning to taste. Starting at one end, roll pizza crust, simalar to a jelly roll, so that everything is inside the crust in layers. Brush egg white over the crust. Place rol on baking sheet and cover with tinfoil. Bake in oven for 15 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered, or until desired crispiness. Remove from oven and slice into 5 equal pieces. Serve hot with sauce for dipping.
