Ingredients
Brown Sugar, 0.5 cup, packed Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Better Stevia, 4.8 gram(s) Mustard seed, yellow, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbspOptional for those not on sodium free diets. 1 tbsp celery salt
Directions
Grind mustard seeds into a powder or use 1 tbsp mustard powder. Combine all ingredients. Let sit for an hour. Cover a full rack of ribs. Put in fridge for 24-48 hours before baking.
