One Pot Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 chicken fillets sliced4 rashes lean bacon sliced2 cups mushrooms sliced2 carrots chopped6 small potatoes cut in half1 small onion finely chopped2 tbls corn flour2 bay leaf2 tbls tomato paste1/2 cup wine1.1/2 cup chicken stocksalt 'n' pepper
Directions
mix together paste, wine, stock.
Coat chicken with corn flour. Put chicken, bacon, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper into casserole dish, add bay leaf, add liquid mixture and stir, cover and cook 180c for 90 min.
