Ingredients:1 cabbage, shredded into large pieces6 carrots, sliced6 potatoes, sliced6 turnip or daikon, sliced9 beets, sliced6 red peppers, sliced3 onions, sliced3 heads of garlic, unpeeled8 tomatoes, thick slicesMargarine — 1 lb.Oil — 1 cupWater — 1 cupCumin — 1 cup or to tasteSalt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Carefully lay all vegetable in layers in steam or roast pan; put salt and pepper to taste on each layer; pour water and oil. Put margarine on the very top. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook in the oven for 1 ˝ hours at 325 degrees. Makes 5 lbs. (10-12 portions).

Serving Size: Makes 10 portions. I have no idea what RTT considers a portion size.
