Apple Carrot Muffin

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3/4 cupSplenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3/4 cupApple, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw shredded, 1 medium Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped Baking Powder, 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 8 oz
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, apple, carrot, and walnuts together. Stir in applesauce, vanilla and milk.
Fill 12 sprayed muffin cups and bake at 375 for 22 to 25 minutes.
