Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 tbspEgg, fresh, 1 large*Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.15 cupHam, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")
- Beat the liquid egg white and whole egg in a small bowl
- Cut the ham into thin strips
- Evenly pour your the egg mixture into a preheated skillet/pan
- Add the ham and cheese
- Fold in the sides, cook fully, and enjoy
