Macedonian Turli Tava

1 lb Ground Pork1 large Baking Potato, diced2 medium Tomatoes, diced1 Bell Pepper, diced1 medium Onion, diced1 medium Eggplant, diced1 can Beans (I like white beans, but you can use whatever you want)1 TBSP Parsley, dried1 TBSP Paprika2 TBSP Olive OilSalt & Pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 200°
1) Chop vegetables and put into a pottery saucepan with ground pork and beans.
2) Add spices, stir, then add Olive Oil and water. Don't use too much water, just enough so that the Turli Tava is soft after cooking.
3) Put the saucepan in the oven and cook it at 200 degrees for an hour and a half. Stirring every 20 minutes or so. It is done after 1.5 hours and it has a golden-red crust.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings.
