Hubby's Homemade Turkey Sausage Patties

Ingredients
1.25lb pkg of Jenni-O Ground Turkey Breast 1 tsp ground coriander1 tsp chili powder1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground chipotle pepper1 tsp oregano1 tbs rice wine vinegar
Directions
Blend seasonings, vinegar and turkey into a bowl. Squish with fingers well to really combine. Cover and let sit for a minimum of 1 hour, preferable over night to really let the flavors meld. The next day form the meat into 12 even patties, round and thin and brown in either a pan with a little oil or a non-stick pan for 4-6 per side until done. Enjoy!
