Bean and Cheese quesadilla

Ingredients
Mission carb balance flour tortilla 10.5 cup rosarita chile and lime non fat refrained beans0.25 cup Sargento shredded cheddar cheeseSalsaPam spray
Directions
Spray frying pan with nonstick spray over low to med heat. Spread tortilla with refried beans to edges. Top with shredded cheese and 1/4 cup salsa. Place in frying pan and heat until cheese melts. Fold tortilla in half and continue heating for 1-2 minutes. Slide onto plate and cut in thirds. Enjoy.
