Ingredients
1.5 pounds Ground beef3 cans tomato soup2 cans corn2 cans Green Beans6 servings instant mashed potatoes (prepared)2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In an 11" casserole dish, mix 1.5 pounds of COOKED ground beef, cans of corn and green beans, drained, and 3 cans tomato soup (undiluted). Spread prepared mashed potatoes on top. Bake 35 minutes at 345 degrees. Remove from oven. Cover top with shredded cheese. Put back in oven for 15 nimutes or until cheese is melted.

    This sounds good, I plan on making it tonight, but just so that you know the ingredients details says that you used 16oz of beef- only 1 pound not the 1.5 listed in the main ingredients. - 12/17/08

    I used 2 cans tomato soup instead of 3
    Also I used 2 cand peas and carrots instead of corn and green beans. I've used this recipe for years. People that don't like peas and carrots love it this way. - 6/22/08
