Ingredients
16 oz Pork Steak (all fat trimmed)6 Tbsp KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce
Directions
1) Trim ALL VISIBLE FAT so all that you have is lean meat
2) place meat in Qt size Ziploc bag and season with salt and pepper, then add BBQ sauce. Remove as much air from bag and seal. Marinate for at least 30-45 minutes (over night if possible)
3) Cook on BBQ Grill or George Foreman the serve.
