Sirloin Tips and mushrooms

Ingredients
2 Tbsp oilive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1-1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced1-8 oz. can tomato sauce1 tsp beef boulion granuals1/2 cup red wine1/2 cup water1 bay leaf1/2 tsp thymesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet, add beef, garlic and mushrooms and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
