Mexican Lettuce Wraps

Butter, salted, 2 tbspCumin seed, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspCanola Oil, 2 tbspIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large Onions, raw, 2 cup, choppedGround beef, lean, 16 oz*Green Chili Peppers, canned, 1 cup
1. in a skillet melt the butter and the oil together until HOT
2. add the chopped onions and sautee until brown.
3. add ground beef and chopped up green chilis and spices to taste (seriously, the amounts above are minimums, knock yourself out with spices).

4. cook until the ground beef is browned.
5. drain off excess fat and serve in a bowl, stuff in the lettuce leaves...double up on the lettuce leaves, they get kind of messy single wrapped.
serve with brown rice and re-fried beans
