Whole Wheat Blender protein Pancakes

Ingredients
*Wheat Berries - 1 Cup Dry, 1.33 Cegg white, fresh, 3 large Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp *MuscleTech 100% Whey Protein (Sams), 3 scoops
Directions
combine wheat and milk in a blender, blend for 4 minutes. AS it's blending, add egg, oil and baking powder. Cook on a hot griddle. Serve with syrup or applesauce. Yummy and quick.
