Ingredients
1/2 C. Cooked Brown Rice1 Egg White1 tsp Raw Coconut AminosSpray of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook an egg white 3/4 of the way done over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Scramble. Add brown rice, aminos, and a spray or two of oil using a "Misto." Continue to cook and stir for a couple more minutes.
