Tuna "Pizza"

Ingredients
3 whole wheat english muffins1 tomato slice into 6 slicesitalian seasonings1 can of tuna2 tbs fat free mayo1 tbs capers1 tbs relish6 slices gouda cheese
Directions
In a bowl mix tuna, mayo. capers, and relish. Split English Muffins and place them on cookie sheet
top with 1 slice of tomato and sprinkle italian seasoning place 1 tablespoon of tuna mixture on top of each tomato. place slice of cheese on each
broil in oven or toast in toaster oven till cheese melts.
