Grilled Chicken and Angel Hair Pasta Pomodoro

Ingredients
1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Chicken Breast Boneless and Skinless butterfly in half1 T All Purpose Flour1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 small yellow onion chopped1 large clove garlic minced1 can petite tomatoes with sweet onion1 T balsamic Vinegar3 oz dry Angel Hair Pasta10 basil leaves torn 1/8 cup Italian Cheese Blend.
Directions
Cook Angel Hair Pasta according to instructions on package.
Flour chicken breast halves and pan fry in one tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 7 minutes per side until golden brown. In a sauce pan heat 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, add garlic and cook for one minute more. Add the tomatoes with sweet onion and 1T balsamic vinegar, bring to a boil and boil to reduce about 5 minutes. Put angel hair pasta in a large bowl and toss with tomato sauce and fresh chopped basil. Divide pasta between two plates reserving some of the tomato sauce. Plate one chicken breast half on each plate and top chicken and pasta with remaining tomato sauce and a small amount of Italian cheese blend and garnish with basil leaves.
