2 lb.Ground Beef (extra lean) 2 cup Onions, raw,, chopped4 clove Garlic minced 4 tbsp Chili powder, 1.5 tsp Oregano, ground,1.5 tsp Cumin seed1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne,2 cubes Beef Bullion 46 fl oz Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8),1 large can Crushed Tomatoes, 2 cup Beans, red kidney, 2 cup Black Beans,
Directions
Sear meat stir in onion and garlic. Put in slow cooker. Add in all other ingredients. Cook for 2 hours.
