No Bake Cookies (sugar free!)

(this recipe is made to be doubled, but I'm cooking for a family of two! So feel free to double it!)*1/4 milk*1 cup splenda*1/4 butter (4 tbsp)*1 tbsp cocoa powder*1/4 reduced fat peanut butter (4 tbsp)*1 cup oatmeal (quick oats)*1 tsp vanilla
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently, at the boil.
2. Remove from heat
3. Add the remaining two ingredients and stir until blended
4. Spoon onto wax paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
