Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
2 T Smart Balance Buttery Spread1/2 cup chopped onions3 cups fresh mushrooms, rinsed and sliced or chopped1 qt Low Fat Half and Half1/4 cup flour1 stalk celery, finely chopped1 T crumbled Bay Leaf2 T Mrs. Dash(r) Original1/4 t thyme
Directions
Melt Smart Balance, and add onions, till soft, not browned. Clean and add mushrooms, cook about 15 minutes, then add celery and spices. Add flour to about 1/4 cup hot water, shake in sealed container till smooth, and add to soup. Simmer on low 30-40 minutes, then blend if desired.
