Fennel, 1 bulb (remove) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove) *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove) Sweet potato, 1.25 cup, cubes (remove) *Diakon radish, .5 cup (remove) Turnips, 160 grams (remove) Brussels sprouts, fresh, 204 grams (remove) *Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic, 5 tsp (remove) *Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 1 tsp (remove) *Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp), 3 serving (remove) Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
Cube and slice, put in large bowl, add salt, pepper and garlic garlic...toss...add EVOO...toss again...let rest for 1 hour...spread on large baking sheet and roast in oven at 425 for 20-25 min or until done to your liking.
