oat meal pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp quick oats1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup wheat flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 salt1/3 cup packed brown sugar1 egg2 tbsp olive oil1 cup plain low-fat yogurt2 tbsp skim milk
Directions
mix dry ingredients together, in another bowl, mix egg, yogurt, oil and milk, stir into dry ingredients, pour quarter of a cup onto hot griddle
