Low Fat Curry Sauce

Ingredients
3c. Plain Soy Milk1T minced garlic1T minced ginger2 cinnamon sticks2T curry powder1/2t cumin1T salt2T white flour
Directions
In a 1 quart sauce pan mix all ingredients except for flour. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and slowly whisk in flour. Let sauce simmer until thick. Makes approx. 10- quarter cup servings.
