JP'S Chicken and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
raw carrots - 7 Mediumraw onion - 1 large4 14 oz cans of Del Monte mixed vegetablesroasted chicken18 chicken bouillon cubes or 144 oz of chicken broth
Directions
Boil 18 cups of water
Add 18 chicken bouillon cubes
Chop 1 large onion add to boiling chicken broth
chop 7 Medium carrots and add to boiling chicken broth
Separate/chop roasted chicken meat and add to boiling chicken broth
Add 4 14 ounce cans of Delmonte mixed veggies
Cover and boil for 2 hours
Lower to simmer for last 2 hours
