Quick Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 4 tbspChicken Breast, no skin, 14 ouncesGarlic powder, 1/2 tspFresh Chives, 1 tsp choppedblack and white pepper to ttaste
Directions
Chop chicken, celery and onion in fine pieces.
Add garlic powder & chive.
Fold in mayo. less if you like it drier or more if you like it wetter.
