Simple Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Two 10 ounce OR 4 5 ounce cans chicken breast--drained well2 hardboiled eggs, chopped4 stalks celery--chopped1/4 cup minced onion1/4 cup mayonnaise1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Hardboil the eggs while chopping celery and onion. Drain the chicken breast well. Chop celery and mince onion. Chop up cooled hardboiled eggs. Add all ingredients together. Makes six half cup servings.
