Chia Seeds Quick Bread

Ingredients
2 cups unbleached white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1 Tbsp honey1/2 tsp. salt1/3 cup chia seeds1/3 cup sunflower seeds1/3 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 cup sesame seeds1-3/4 cup buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease & line a 3.5x9" loaf pan.

Sift flours, soda and salt into large mixing bowl. Combine chia, sunflower, pumpkin & sesame seeds. Place all but 2 Tbsp. of these seeds into flour mixture. Add buttermilk & honey, and stir to create a soft dough.

Press the dough evenly into the pan. Sprinkle remaining seeds on top of dough and press into mixture lightly. Bake for about 35 min. or until bread is firm in the center. Turn out and allow to cool. Slice and serve. Can be served with butter or honey.
