Black Bean Brownies

1 can (15 oz) black bean, rinsed & drained1/4 cup water1 cup whole wheat flour4 Tbsp cocoa powder1/2 cup EggBeaters3/4 cup Splenda Baking Blend1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnutsVegetable oil spray or 1/2 Tbsp shortening (to grease baking pan)
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Blend beans and water in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
In a mixing bowl,mix EggBeaters, Splenda Blend, and vanilla.
Stir in blended bean mixture.
Sift cocoa powder and flour together, add to wet ingredients, and stir until well blended.
Mix in nuts.
Pour batter into greased 8x8 baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve as is or frost with your favorite frosting.
