6 eggs1 1/2 cups skim milk12 oz pkg diced ham1 cup 2% mild cheddar1 onion chopped2-3 garlic cloves1 loaf french bread dicedsalt, pepper, dry italian seasoning to taste
cube bread and place in a large mixing bowl. Dice onion and mince garlic, saute until tender and add to mixing bowl. Add diced ham and shredded cheese to the bowl. Wisk eggs and milk when mixed well add to bowl. Stir everything together and pour into 8 X 12 baking dish sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
