Ingredients
2 medium eggs, beaten3 mushrooms, chopped1/6 cup onion, chopped2 tbs salsasmall amount shredded pepperjack cheesePam
Directions
spray a pan with Pam. Lightly sautee mushroom and onion until tender. Add salsa. Pour eggs on top of veggies and salsa, cook until set and flip. Top with cheese, fold, and enjoy.
