Ingredients
Directions
1lb ground pork1 package Old El Paso taco seasoning2 cup sour cream2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped1 large onion, chopped (or two green onions, sliced)250g mozzarella cheese
Heat a non-stick skillet to med-high. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, adding the taco seasoning as it cooks. While you're cooking the pork, turn the oven on to 325F to preheat.
When the pork is cooked, drain and spread in a large baking dish to a depth of 1/2 inch. (Probably a 8x11 or a 9.13 pan will do.)
Top with the sour cream, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, and mozzarella cheese.
Put the pan in the oven and heat for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
Serve with nacho chips (the Tostitos Multigrain ones are very good with this dip!).
