Penne w/Swiss Chard (Gourmet Quick & Easy p. 24)

Ingredients
6 ounces penne pasta1/2 pounds Swiss Chard1/4 teas. dried red pepper flakes1 small onion1 teas. butter2 Table. heavy cream1/4 teas. grated nutmeg1 Table. grated parmesan
Directions
Chop chard into 1/4" wide pieces, saute onion in butter about 5 minutes in 12" skillet, add chard and cook 15 min. or so. Meanwhile cook pasta, drain and add to chard w/ pepper, cream & nutmeg. Cook stirring one minute. remove from heat and stir in add parm, S&P.
