12 oz Chicken Tenders1 Medium Onion2 Medium Carrots cut into slices1 Green Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper1 Red Bell Pepper.25 c Soy Sauce2 teaspoons Ginger (Ground)1 Tablespoon Vinegar2 teaspoons Garlic.5 c water
Place Soy Sauce, Vinegar Garlic and water in non stick pan. Heat and add chicken tenders. Cook until chicken is done. Add onions and carrots and stir fry, gradually add peppers. Serve with rice or noodles. Reminder: Add more water if needed during the cooking process. You can add other vegetables and pineapple if you wish.
