Sauted Spinach

Ingredients
1 bag baby spinach, fresh1 clove garlic1 cup grape tomatoes2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1 wedge lemon1 tsp sea salt1 tsp ground pepper
Directions
Wash and dry spinach and tomatoes. Heat oil until just smoking. Add garlic and saute until just turning golden. Add spinach and tomatoes and saute until spinach is wilted and reduced by 75%. Add balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
