Curried Chicken Stew

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb)2 cups of chicken broth1 jar of curry sauce (NOT paste, use less if paste)-I like Panek's Curry sauce because it has no artificial ingredients2 cups of chopped and peeled carrots1.5 cups of chopped onions1 package frozen peas1 tbsp curry powder (you can tweak this to provide the heat you want to have. I cooked mine mild, so the baby could eat it)
Directions
Toss all of this in the pot, turn on low for 8 hours. Near the end, pull out chicken breasts and shred.



Serving Size: Makes a large crock-pot full, so maybe 10-12 servings
