9you can skip sauteing mushrooms with garlic and make this a five minute quick soup!
Directions
saute mushrooms with garlic. Meanwhile put broth in stock pot with soy sauce and sesame oil. Bring broth to a simmer. Add noodles and cook for approx 3 min and add vegetables and edamame beans. Over cooking makes some of veggies soggy. Best to shut burner off or simmer for short time. Ready to serve.
