Cucumber Ginger Green Tea "Sangria"

1 cup chopped, seeded cucumber2 cups water2/3 - 1 cup raw honey1 tbsp fresh grated ginger3 cups brewed, cooled green tea
Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pass through fine mesh strainer (or tripled cheesecloth). Discard pulp & enjoy liquid over ice.
