Black bean and chicken chili

1 tomato1 large onion1/2 red pepper24 oz chicken breast1 tsp ancho chile powder1 tsp cumin1/2 cup white wine1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup salsa1 can black beans4 gloves of garlicsalt pepper
Dice chicken breast, pan sear them then remove them and place on the side. Saute onions, peppers, garlic in the same pot add chicken broth and white wine. Add tomatoes and chicken. Let simmer and cook until onions get soft. Add black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper and salsa. Let simmer to let flavors meld.
