crock pot chicken broccoli rice

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, - 4 or 5 if small Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup Campbell's 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup - 1 canCampbell's - Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% Fat Free - 1 can
Directions
mix all ingredients together except chicken breast with about another 2 cups of water (depending on how thick you want it to turn out). Nestle the chicken in on top. (if you want it to look better, give it a quick brown in a pam sprayed skillet) let cook on low for about 10 hours. This seems like a long time, but the brown rice takes longer to cook. Stir occasionally to keep the rice moist and from sticking to the crock pot sides. Serves a crowd! with 6 -8 cup servings.
