Napa Cabbage Crock-pot Boiled Diner

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 1 Cup Onion, chopped thin1 Cup Green Pepper 1 Cup Carrot, chopped thin1 Cup Tomato, chopped6 Small Turnips sliced6 Cups Vegetable Broth Low Sodium 1 Small Head Napa Cabbage (leaves only)Can be added according to taste (not included in nutrients)1/2 Teaspoon Salt, more or less as you like1/8 Teaspoon Pepper, more or less as you like
Directions
Add everything to the crock-pot except for the cabbage.

Cook approximately 5 hours on low setting. then add cabbage leaves and cook until tender(will look as if steamed)
