Baked Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups instant oats1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup non-fat milk2 tbsp. melted margarine2 large eggs2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup peanut butter (8 tbsp)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Spread in a greased 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. If you like it a little crunchy on top cook for a few minutes longer. Serve with warm milk poured over top. Enjoy!
