Shipwreck Casserole

Ingredients
2 lg onions, sliced2 med potatoes, sliced1lb extra lean ground beef (cooked)0.5 cup long grain brown rice (cooked)1 cup chopped celery1 can tomato soup1 can boiling watersalt and pepper
Directions
Layer sliced onion on bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer sliced potatoes, salt and pepper. Continue layering with ground beef, rice, and celery, adding a little salt and pepper between eac layer. Mix soup and water separately and pour over the top of casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for about 2 hours.
