Directions
2 cups brown rice1 can corn1 can black beans1 jar salsa1 1lb. of ground beef1 packet of taco seasoning1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Cook brown rice according to directions. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 3 qt. casserole dish with Pam. Brown beef in skillet and add taco seasoning (according to directions). In a large bowl, mix rice, seasoned beef, corn, black beans, and salsa together. Pour mixture into casserole dish and cover with cheddar cheese. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
